Linear motion

topDRILL machines are designed for particularly long life. For this reason, the drill heads and drill motors (Y-axes and Z-axes) are, without exception, moved by precision linear guides.

Along the Y-axis additional bellows ensure protection from dirt and spray water, along the Z-axes the guides are protected by the aluminium spray guard of the drill heads.

• Precision toothed belt with continuous shaft for drilling height adjustment
